Advisory works because it sits on top of a real monthly close. We start from financials that are reconciled and current through the 10th business day, so every conversation is grounded in numbers you can trust.
2. You meet your partner each month
We schedule a recurring 60-minute video session, build the forecasts and models the agenda calls for, and walk through them with you live — runway, hiring, pricing, and whatever decision is in front of you.
3. You act between sessions
You leave each session with specific, prioritized next steps. Questions that come up before the next meeting go over email, so guidance doesn't stop the moment the call ends.

Can I get advisory without full accounting?
Yes. If you already have an internal accounting team or bookkeeper, advisory is available on its own as our Vista plan at $1,000/month. You get the monthly partner session, forecasting, and decision support without moving your bookkeeping to us — provided your books are kept current in QuickBooks Online.
How is advisory delivered?
Remotely. The monthly session is a 60-minute video call, and follow-up questions between sessions go over email. There are no in-person meetings to schedule — you get partner-level guidance from wherever you work.
Which plan includes advisory?
Advisory is included on the Peak plan at $1,500/month, alongside monthly accounting and tax. If you only want advisory, choose the Vista plan at $1,000/month, which is advisory-only for businesses that already have their books handled.
